A Grateful Stay!

The staff was always helpful and attentive during our time here. I liked that the pool stays open until 9 pm. It helped me relax. I also thought the meals was tasty and fulfilled my expectations.
The air conditioning in our room did not work. I found sleeping difficult because of the heat. I needed maintenance during the night.

The facilities was fairly affordable for the area.
The restaurant policy bothered me. I wanted eat food at the bar, and they did not allow it. I had to eat by myself in the room behind the restaurant. This felt unreasonable given the circumstances.

i enjoyed the outdoor pool (so refreshing after sightseeing!). the staff was always attentive and willing to help. i loved having a balcony, it added a special touch to my stay.
the ice machine on my floor was a little noisy at times, that is it.

The outdoor pool looked amazing and was very clean. Guests were relaxing poolside. i also noticed a fitness center with modern equipment, including treadmills and stationary bikes. there is also an on-site restaurant, very convenient.

the hotel is near key attractions and public transport is easily accessible (i walked everywhere!). i noticed many restaurants and shops in the immediate area. it really is a perfect spot for exploring.

the doormen were always ready to assist with entering and exiting the hotel. the front desk staff was helpful with directions and information. the restaurant staff provided prompt and attentive service (the breakfast was great!).

my beautiful king room balcony had a comfortable king bed and a spacious bathroom. there was a small refrigerator and coffee maker. i definitely enjoyed having a private balcony with a view.
